Southwest No Tricks. Just Treats.

2017 Pro Awards Gold Winner in Disruptive Marketing

Southwest wanted to show love for their customers and flip the tables on their favorite, spookiest holiday of the year. On October 31st, we amassed a small army of Brand Ambassadors and sent them all over Los Angeles to go trick-or-treating. However, instead of taking candy from people, we surprised them with millions of Rapid Rewards points. It was a perfectly executed and completely unexpected surprise and delight activation that left a smile on each person's face and caused a huge spike in newly acquired Rapid Rewards members.

I was the Production Lead for this project leading a team of 2 in staffing, costuming, legal rules development, and permitting.
